Three members of The Marcliff Singers visited Media City in Salford, to hear Let The Peoples Sing Grand Final 2011 at BBC Radio's new studios.
Helen and Diane dwarfed by 'BBC-TV presenters'
Choral director, Helen Earey, Rebecca Rexstraw and Diane Paul watched the live transmission from BBC Radio 3's studio and marvelled at the amazing architecture and layout of what is indeed a city enveloping TV and radio studios, The Lowry Theatre and the Imperial War Museum.

Choirs from Scandinavia, eastern Europe and America competed for this year's trophy, won by the Swedish Chamber Choir from Gothenberg, whose conductor, Simon Phipps is British.
